From 520 to the Silverpeak Grill

Chef-owned and operated by Troy Selby, a graduate of New England Culinary Institute in Vermont with more than 30 years of experience in a range of restaurants and kitchens and supported by a hard-working team behind the line. We are passionate about our food, service, and delivering quality across the board and have been recognized by customers as a top Aspen restaurant repeatedly on Yelp! and Trip Advisor and in The Aspen Times' Best of Aspen Readers' Poll. Expect quick serve, casual dining in a clean, bright atmosphere with café and high top tables indoors plus an outdoor patio with shade in summer and heat lamps in winter. Our all-day menu offers American/Mexican food with breakfast, lunch and dinner items – favorites from over the years as 520 Grill and new additions. Burgers, tacos, salads, sides, protein bowls, specialty sandwiches, soups, and more are available, as well as fountain drinks, beer, and wine. Silverpeak Grill was established in 2020 on 04/20, evolving from 520 Grill, which opened in 2010 on 05/20.

Delivery is also available for catered events. Troy Selby and his talented staff have been feeding Aspen’s locals and visitors for nearly two decades. Their dedication to creating unique American and authentic Mexi-Cali delights has made Silverpeak Grill a favorite of our mountain community. Originally born as Aspen’s 520 Grill, our name has changed but our food is still the wonderful, tasty experience it has always been. We work with healthy natural produce, meats and seasonings. Balancing the taste experience with healthy ingredients, we strive to keep the flavors coming by way of a unique combination of fresh vegetables, meats and flavorful seasonings prepared on the grill and in our kitchen.
